About MySquad

These terms govern use of MySquad, a fantasy-team and league-management service provided by Techsport Innovation. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, linked below, which explains how we handle information. Contact us using the address below if you have questions.

Eligibility

Use MySquad only where doing so is lawful and where you can validly agree to these terms. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s permission or involvement, obtain it before using the service. Do not use the service to organize unlawful wagering or other prohibited activity.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, access someone else’s account without permission or bypass access controls. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email verification or recent sign-in before sensitive actions.

Fair play and league rules

Follow the rules and settings of the leagues you join. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate results, use prohibited automation, harass participants, send spam or disrupt the service. Report problems through the feedback feature or our contact address.

League owners are responsible for the settings and administrative actions available to them. Scores, rankings and player statistics can change when source data is updated or errors are corrected. For a disputed correction or administrative decision, contact us with the relevant league and activity details so we can review it.

Your content and other people’s rights

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Techsport Innovation permission to store, display and process it as needed to operate the features you use and handle support or safety concerns. Only submit content you have permission to share, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations. You can contact us to request a review. Names, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement.

Game values, payments and prizes

MySquad is currently free to use. Game budgets, player prices and transfer amounts are virtual game values. They are not money, deposits or investments and cannot be cashed out through MySquad. The current app has no payment or cash-out feature.

Participation does not by itself entitle you to a prize or payment. Any future paid offering or official prize promotion would need separately stated pricing, eligibility and applicable rules before participation. These terms do not authorize participants to run unlawful paid contests.

Availability and changes

Features may be interrupted by maintenance, errors or third-party outages. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that all sports data will be accurate at every moment. We may correct errors and change features as the service develops. Material changes or discontinuation will be communicated through the service or email when reasonably practicable.

Closing or restricting an account

You can request deletion from Settings after confirming your identity and resolving leagues you own. Once processed, deletion is irreversible and ends your access to that account. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what may remain.

We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated misuse, security reasons or legal obligations. When reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review; urgent action or legal restrictions may limit advance notice. Contact us about an account restriction or closure.

Your rights and resolving concerns

Use reasonable care when relying on game information or content from other participants. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Contact us first if you want us to review a concern. This does not prevent you from using legal remedies or contacting an appropriate authority. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date on this page when the terms change and provide notice of material changes through the service or email. Where a change requires your agreement under applicable law, we will seek it. If you no longer wish to use the service, you can stop using it and request account deletion.
